by Haratu, 15 days agomember notes can be accessed by the guild list and right clicking your name. Could everyone make sure their mains and alts are organised by the following formats in their member note:
For Mains: Main - <Spec> - <Craft>
For Alts: Alt (<Main's Name>) - <Spec> - <Craft>
Specs include: Tank, Healer, DPS (please chose one)
Crafts include: Biochem, Artifice, Synthweave, Armstech, Armour, Cybertech
If you have trouble fitting in the information, try to shorten your name to a nickname that is not confused with other people (eg. Dentessa usually goes by Dent).
EXAMPLE for some of my characters:
Haratu:
Main - Healer - Artifice
Tarahu:
Alt (Haratu) - Tank - Biochem
Rautah:
Alt (Haratu) - DPS - Cybertech
- The format is useful as it groups our mains together and organises them in their spec. It also groups alts so we can easily contact you through them.
- It does not matter if your crafting is not 400 or your level is not 50, it is still nice for you to chose your spec and crafting. If you change it later it is not hard to change member note.
- Raid leaders will be more likely to notice a tank/dps/healer spec listed this way as it is easier than chasing you and asking.
- If you put "pvp" as a spec it is unlikely you will be asked for ops as it will be presumed your character is not going to be used for pve.
If having trouble changing member note, ask an officer or lieutenant.
